System Tools Overview

Introduction

System Tools Module has two sections

• Common Masters
• Utilities

Common Masters

• Entity Helps to capture basic information about your Entity including your GSTIN if any.

• Vendor Handle the master data of vendor, branch, GSTIN, PAN, credit period, payment term etc.

• Member To create, modify, delete members.

• Contact To maintain contact details of various parties.

• Services To maintain list of service groups.

• Standard Tariff Master To maintain list of service groups.

Utilities

• Last Document Nos Generate list of last document numbers created in the System over various document types.

• ERP One Log Download log of operations performed in the System user wise.

• User Management Grant, revoke access control to users for various functions.

• Database Tune Up Enable tune up of database.

• Support Request Users can request for any new features in the System.
